Uniroll rubber rolls use the MDI one-component glue which is harmless, odorless and safe.

We use the rubber granules from the recycle tire and the EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) granules, which is a effective use of recycle materials.
What is prefabricated rubber rolls?
Prefabricated rubber rolls refer to a roll that molded in factory, so as to avoid the trouble of live mixing and laying, and make the construction easier.

The thickness of our product is 2-20millimeter, the width is 1.22 / 1.25 meters and the length Is 10-120 meters.

What is Star Light series?

Our products apply to different places, the requests of hardness are different. So we need to and be able to provide different hardness for the clients. .
What are the basic construction steps?
Dry lay the rubber flooring; acclimate overnight
Overlap and double cut to ensure a nice, tight seam
Lift rubber flooring, apply glue, re-lay
Tape down or weigh down the seams wherever gaps may appear (no duct tape)
Allow glue to set 24 hours before traffic
Clean
Apply (buff) recommended sealer to the rubber flooring - 2-3 coats (Uniroll is a thinner sealer,
more suitable for dirty environments)
Are there any requests for the construction of foundation?
The foundation needs to contain certain degree of strength and stabilities, need to have no greasy spot, no dust, no empty drum, and no loose sides. The surface need to be smooth.
What special requests for the adhesive used in construction?
The viscosity of adhesive used in construction need to be above 8000, if necessary, we can put 10% more calcium carbonate to adjust the viscosity.
How to deal with the seam? Are the seam even?
To use PU material that runway or grounds used(request Pu A:PuB=1:2 , PuA and PuB are transparent with no color) joining the same color of the layer color, then cut the surplus part with a small knife. It would be better if use the sand paper to rob the surface and make it more smooth.
How do you maintain the rubber floor?
After construction, the flooring should be maintain 3 to 10 days before use. Avoid the pollution of the causticity material and usually keep it clean; avoid cut or stab; avoid the heavy dump and rub against machine. Clean the floor with the clear water and keep it dry.
Is this rubber floor odorless ? Is it harmless?
The indoor used Uniroll rubber floor is odorless and harmless by using special odor remover to reduce the odor of rubber, as for outdoor floor, no special effects need to be taken since the air circulation outside is fine.
How to clean the rubber floor?
Use higher cleaner to wash the heavy spotted areas, then use a CFM vacuum or a mop to make it dry.
How to deal with the curvature when carry out the construction of an runway?
According to the size of the place and curved degree, cut the rubber roll with the an arc-shaped template,then make it become the form of bend .
Will the color fade after long time using?
Our product can against the ultraviolet ray, anti- oxidize, the color will not fading.
Does the product deform with the change of weather?
According to the test that made by our research and development department, if our product fixed by the glue under 110 centigrade degrees, it has no obvious change; while under low temperature, it also has not change at all. Details please refer to the report of examination.
What about the surface layer material turn upwards or uneven when you carry out the construction?
We can use a heavy sand bag to press it or roll it to flat with the roller.
What about the floor begin to turn upwards or uneven after using it?
In this case, we need to cut a cross with a knife and put the glue in it,then press it flat with a heavy bag.
Are the rubber roller inflammable?
Our product is of first-class burning-resistance. If the cigarette butt drops on the surface of our product, it would naturely extinguish, and will not cause combustion. Compared with the fur carpet, our product is safer.
Can your product be hydolysised?
Our product is hydrolyze-resistance. It like those plastic bags bury in the underground or steep in water, still can remain the same state throughout decades. It will not be dissolved off.
